A: Well, I Ran Catcrie for over 5 1/2 yrs. I knew the previous owner of The Brickhouse who wanted me to run it for him following my graduation from LSU. Also I decided that since I was from here (Chauvin), I could find backing and take it over and run with it. I found the backing and took over 2 months after graduation LSU.Q: Well Ok but why a bar?
A: I could've taken job in field of my major but I would have had to move to Atlanta or Houston. I'm too family oriented (to move that far away) and knew that I'd own my own bar one day so decided to take the gamble early.
